The reunion is always evolving, and the reunions/events information is subject to change. This is especially true for the reunion programs. However we will always try to endever to have the accurate as possible.
HK Records & Roots Tracing page is for information only. CAAWR is not conducting roots tracing or record recovery ourselves, but we will try to give the resources so individually you have a better idea of how to go about that process.
Occasionally the host provider will go down. In general, the website & email can be down for a number of hours and come back within 24hrs. If you experience any technical difficulties with the site, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Due to voluntary nature of the reunion, we may not be able to reply to emails straight away.

Emails & IP addresses are collected only for admin processes for comments & the contact form messages. Emails & IP addresses will not be passed on or sold to 3rd parties without permission.
We understand the nature of sensitive information when it comes to details of adoption and adoption stories. The CAAWR email is viewed by those on the current CAAWR committee, and the information will be kept confidential between the committee and with what you have chosen to disclose.
You post personal, sensitive or contact details in the public comments at your own risk. Please contact us if you would like a comment you made removed.
Events connected to the CAAWR or other events listed on this website can often have attendees taking photos. Committee members or people that have attended these events may pass us photos to post on the website. We will not put individual names to the photos unless you have given your permission. If a photo has been posted without your permission please contact us straight away so that we can either remove the image or remove your identity.
