She set out (Feb 24 to 3rd April, 2010) to connect with the local HK adoptees and the adoption community (local partners) in hope to establish a local HK organising committee. It will still be a challenge reaching adult HK adoptees and orphans, as organisations (understandably) are bound by the Data Protection Act.</p>
